Payment and Cancellation Policy
1. CLASS CANCELLATION
A make-up will be given for lessons cancelled by Savoir Faire Language Institute.
All group classes are subject to minimum enrollment. Students registered in under-enrolled classes may have the option to (1) continue the class with increased tuition; (2) shorten the class time; (3) take another class; (4) cancel the class with full refund of remaining tuition.
Substitute teacher may be scheduled without notice.
2. MAKE-UPS
Classes missed are non-refundable.
Make-ups for missed classes are available in other classes if space allows (we do not guarantee that the same level will be available).
Make-ups have to be taken during your enrollment period only.
Call the office to make arrangement for your make-up.
Private make-ups are available at discounted tuition for our group students.
3. SUMMER ENROLLMENT INFORMATION
TUITION PAYMENTS
Payment must be made in full.
REFUND AND TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
New student registration fee WAIVED for all students who join this summer SAVE $55
We limit our classes to 10 students (8 for the preschool immersion)
Enrollment is first come, first served (some classes were full last year)
Cancellations are accepted & refund is given until 7 days prior to class start date with $55 cancellation fee per class. Refunds are not given for cancellations, less than 7 days prior
No refund or credit is given once the class has started
4. SCHOOL YEAR ENROLLMENT INFORMATION
TUITION PAYMENTS
Full payment must be received by the 20th of the previous month unless the office is given notice of termination of agreement.
REFUND AND TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
All new students must pay a one-time $55 registration fee to enroll. Once enrolled, the $55 registration fee is non refundable .
A $100 early termination fee will be charge for early cancellation of this Agreement
No refund of tuition or agreement termination will be processed once the month has begun.
The student/student's parents can terminate this agreement by informing Savoir Faire Language Institute by the 15th for registration for the following month. Failure to notify Savoir Faire Language Institute by this time will result in payment of the next monthly tuition.
Savoir Faire Language Institute can terminate this agreement if its sole and unfettered discretion determines that it is unable to meet the needs of the student.
Savoir Faire Language Institute can terminate this agreement if the student/student's parents allow the account to become delinquent.
