Spanish French Italian

“I can understand a lot but I get all tongue–tied when I try to speak!”

If this sounds like you we have the perfect answer this summer. Understanding more than you can speak is a perfectly normal, but frustrating part of language acquisition. Since we can’t all go to live in France or Madrid and apply our learning, Savoir Faire brings France and Madrid to your classroom . Using “situations” such as buying a ticket at the subway, talking about your job at a cocktail party, arguing about your bill in a restaurant, discussing the best driving route with the hotelier, or declining an invitation, students repeatedly, creatively and comprehensively use the language they have learned during the year, in these “real” situations. This kind of language practice simulates the “living in the country” immersion experience and is a proven technique to better help you find the language you want on the tip of your tongue. Imagine, no more thinking, stuttering and mental searching!   Material used during the previous semester is supplemented with interesting cultural video segments that not only entertain but are also especially presented in conjunction with powerful techniques especially designed to improve your ability to understand spontaneous, native speech.
